Getting Started Package: $350
This is the perfect package for the DIY couple who has their vision in mind and the time to execute. This package includes 2 (1) hour meetings to provide you with the guidance, tools, and templates needed to plan the wedding of your dreams. Should you need additional assistance feel free to upgrade your service at any time during your planning experience.
A Perfect Touch (starting at $800)
This package allows our couples to relax in the last month leading up to their wedding. We start at the beginning- setting you up for success with advice and education. We will be available to you should you need advice or have questions. While you are ultimately in charge of your own design, budget, negotiations, and planning we jump in 30 days before your big day to finalize all the details and make sure everything runs smoothly.
This service includes:
- Phone and email access to your lead planner during dedicated business hours. Any phone calls, texts, or emails will be responded at our earliest possible convenience.
- Unlimited contact from 9am-9pm 2 days prior to your wedding day
- Up to 1 hour strategy session scheduled as soon as you engage our services to discuss plans already made and to help strategize your wedding planning process
- Planning meeting to finalize details with vendors and execution of floor plan
- Wedding day timeline creation
- Final walk through of venue
- Rehearsal attendance and coordination (up to 2 hours)
- Wedding day preparation and coordination
- Discount towards our rental inventory
Here are some of the tasks we accomplish as your coordinator on your special day:
- Up to 8 hours at your wedding ceremony and reception site(s) for preparation purposes
- Meet industry professionals at ceremony and reception site(s) for their deliveries and set up
- Instruct ushers on family seating and confirm correct wedding party member has possession of rings prior to ceremony
- Take care of any last minute details that might arise and handle any issues during setup or execution of wedding, providing an emergency kit for small needs during the day
- Execute all ceremony plans and details with industry professionals
- Supervise reception and coordinate details of reception with industry professionals
- Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
- Cue bridal party and parents for events
- Assist with guest seating
(coordinator generally leaves immediately after start of dinner)
A Perfect Day (starting at $1500)
Our Wedding Day Management package allows our couples to relax, not only on the wedding day, but during the planning process because we’re there early enough to make sure no detail is missed. We provide you with advice, education, and custom vendor recommendations to fit your needs and budget. You take it from there and plan the wedding of your dreams, with us in the background, available for advice and questions. While you are ultimately in charge of your own design, budget, negotiations and planning before your big day we jump in 45 days before your big day to finalize all the details to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Includes:
- Phone and email access to your lead planner during dedicated business hours. Any phone calls, texts, or emails will be responded at our earliest possible convenience.
- Unlimited contact from 9am-9pm 2 days prior to your wedding day
- Vendor recommendations in each category
- Up to 2 hour strategy session scheduled as soon as you engage our services to discuss plans already made, create your custom vendor recommendations list, and to help strategize about your wedding planning process
- Planning meeting two months out to finalize details with vendors and execution of floor plan
- Wedding day timeline creation
- Final walk through of venue
- Final consultation to collect items for delivery to ceremony and reception (1-2 weeks prior to wedding)
- Rehearsal attendance and coordination (up to 2 hours)
- Wedding day preparation and coordination
- Discount towards our rental inventory
- use of yard games for cocktail hour

- Delivery of your items to ceremony and reception

- Take care of any last minute details that might arise and handle any issues during setup or execution of wedding, providing an emergency kit for small needs during the day
- Execute all ceremony plans and details with industry professionals
- Supervise reception and coordinate details of reception with industry professionals
- Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets

- Distribute tossing items to guests for the grand exit

A Perfect Experience- Full Service Package: starting at $3,500
A Perfect Experience is our all-inclusive and most popular wedding planning service. It’s exactly as it sounds…absolutely everything you’ll need! This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their day job.
We will be available to you on an ongoing basis. You decide how involved you want to be in the planning phase. With our professional guidance, you’ll be informed of deadlines and enjoy every minute of your wedding experience. (50hrs- additional hours may be added)
Consultation/Mentoring: $100 an hour
